I brought this item as do a lot of walking as a post person and also as I have a dog. I need to look after by knees and need a little more cushion than most shoes offer. They are well made and v.v.comfortable. I ordered a 6 uk and have found them gen Harrisburg www.otlive.co.uk rass'. OK. So why only 3 stars? The first time they were put on and the laces drawn up, the top hook, made of metal, broke. It snapped clean off. Great start! The whole metal stud came clean off so that the lace had to be drawn through the hole originally meant for the hook. I can't say if this is because of cheap thin metal or just one of those things but I've never known it happen before over years that have included several different makes of boots. I was initially inclined to give them 1 star but in fairness, they are comfortable. Go for them by all means - can't happen twice can it?

I have not worn them for long but there is already Hollister UK Careers irect who own the Karrimor brand don't get the best press, but these are incredibly good. I have very wide feet and these accommodate them comfortably - the widest 'normal' width shoes I have, so perfect for thick winter socks. They are so comfortable. Great traction from sole, do the job, look the part, thoroughly recommend them. ￡25? Amazing.
Excellent walking shoes, grip in wet weather conditions is excellent and gives me confidence when trekking through mud and wet leaves. Very comfortable and well made. Compares well with shoes costing twice as much. Great value for money and a slight improvement on the Bodmin III.
This is my second pair of these excellent Karrimor walking shoes,I have worn my old ones on many occasions during our wildlife watching weekends and holidays.I have walked through woods,towns,villages,fields and even a desert (In the Canaries) in them...They owe me absolutely nothing! are still almost as good looking as they were originally,and I have never had a blister either.I have scrubbed them clean and even had them through the washer with no ill effects at all...Though our washer does have a setting for sports shoes)They are extremely hard wearin www.otlive.co.uk ally well made trainers,very comfortable and a wide fit. excellant for long walks and shopping expeditions.Excellant price so very good value!!!!
Dangerous misleading buyer that the sole was for an outside court and a herringbone design for the grip. Instead the supplier sent a different product with smooth sole for carpet use. This was carefully concealed on the box containing trainers supplied.I was not impressed and returned them.

Very effective on ice and snow. Also do not slip on the occasional exposed rock. Easy to fir and even stretch over my walking boots as well as ordinary shoes. Very pleased
