hoven sunglasses with reading or measuring in the workshop. I find that the magnifying part of the lens is a little low down so have to push the glasses up as high as they'll go on my nose. This may be just the shape of my face though:-)
the glasses are fine, very comfortable and effective although the magnified section of the lens could do with being a bit bigger as you really do have to look down to quite an extent to see an item in gteater detail
I bought these based on feedback but did not really expect them to be as good as the Dallas cheap eyewear online ce. They do give a yellow tint when looking through but this isnt a problem. The frame creaks a little when putting them on. would strongly advise them!

Lost an identical pair on holiday in Italy, returned to UK and bought a different Oakley pair. Did not like the lighter weight, thinner side arms and so had to cough up for another pair as illustrated! My previous pair had been in service for four years of sailing and driving and put to the test in Peru when I spent a day on a jeep safari on sand dunes (mountains!) where, with no protection and no windscreen the glasses were sand blasted for eight hours! No damage, no indents or scratching... phenomenal performance,

When I first received these, I was a bit shocked as to how big they were. I wasn't sure whether I liked them but I put them on and they do actually look quite nice! They seem well-made and are really stylish!! The metal detailing on the side mak wayfarers sunglasses ice, we didn't expect any scratch protection (of the zip puller) but if you fully zip the case, the puller is well towards the hinge and stem such that the lens won't get scratched by the back of the zip puller.
