There is a technique to it. Hold the lens near the upper part of nose, now pull down. The lens should come out, but it will take a bit of effort to do so. you may even have to bend the frame a little for it to pop out. This seems very fragile to do when you have it in your hands, but it will pop out. Once you get a lens to pop, the other will be easier to do. ray bans canada
