Tata Group-owned Air India on Tuesday announced the expansion of its non-stop service between Delhi and Tokyo Haneda, increasing from 4x weekly flights to daily flights, starting June 15.

A Virgin Atlantic flight en route to Mumbai from London was diverted to Turkey's Diyarbakir due to an urgent medical case and a subsequent need for a technical inspection, the UK-based airline said in a statement on Thursday.
