The main course will offer Risotto Primavera, Arborio rice with spring vegetables and Quesadilla or Enchiladas, oven baked tortillas, stuffed with American corns, cheese and jalapeno. We have some mouth watering deserts like Sizzling Brownie or Tiramisu, a cake desert with mascarpone cheese and infused coffee liqueur,” said Sanjib Banerjee, Food & Beverage Manager, Casa kitchen.
