New Delhi, June 27 : AISECT, which works in semi-urban and rural parts of India, to empower people through skill development, has partnered with Microfocus HPE to train over 500 students in a year on high-end niche skills.

Microfocus HPE was formed after Hewlett Packard Enterprise acquired Micro Focus as part of its business segment.
AISECT’s association with Microfocus HPE will have two major streams - Retail and Integrated B.Tech Programmes.
Students will be provided specialization courses across five skills, i.e. Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, DevOps & Dockers, Cyber Security, Big Data and Quality Engineering.

Talking about the partnership, AISECT’s Executive Vice President Siddharth Chaturvedi said, “With this partnership, we are hoping to bridge the skills gap that exists in the IT industry due to the rapidly changing industry requirements. We will be providing joint certification to the students where Microfocus will be the Subject Matter Expert and AISECT will be the Implementer. The two organizations will work in tandem to create the courses. Combining the subject expertise of Microfocus with our experience in the skilling sector and knowledge of the market demand, we hope to create a pool of trained manpower ready for future jobs.”
