Kolkata, Dec 22 (NITN): Federation of Indian Exports Organisation held its Eastern Region Exports Excellence Award ceremony recently in the city. West Bengal's Minister of Finance,Industry,Commerce & Enterprises, Amit Mitra, was the chief guest.
Also present were Ajay Sahai (DG & CEO,FIEO), Nari Kalwani (Regional Chaiman, FIEO ER), Ganesh Kumar Gupta (President, FIEO), Nikunj Srivastava (Additional DGFT, New Delhi) and Rafeeqe Ahmed (Past President,FIEO).
Industrial Safety Products Pvt. Ltd. received the Gold Award in the Category Trading House (Three Star Export House) for 2014-2015 and GN Exports received the Gold Award in the category Two Star Export House for 2015-2016.

Air New Zealand has announced plans to host a live inflight concert, ‘SYNTHONY in the Sky’, on Dec 4 aboard Flight NZ1331 from Auckland to Sydney.
Qatar Airways will move its New York operations to The New Terminal One at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) in 2026. As part of the relocation, the airline plans to open a 15,000-square-foot lounge, its first dedicated facility in both New York City and the United States.
