If you are an Indian living in Dubai or elsewhere in the UAE, inviting family and friends from India could now come with added benefits. Dubai has launched a new programme called Dubai Invite, which rewards UAE residents with benefits worth more than AED 3,000 (around ₹70,000) every time a nominated guest from India arrives in the city.

The initiative is open to residents who wish to invite their parents, siblings, relatives, or friends to visit Dubai.

How the programme works

Launched by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai Invite is a city ambassador programme designed to encourage UAE residents to bring more overseas visitors to Dubai.

Residents need to register their guests online before they arrive. Once the nominated visitor lands in Dubai, their arrival is automatically verified. The resident then receives a benefit package worth over AED 3,000 via email. The process is fully automated, with no paperwork or counter visits required.

What does the reward package include?

The rewards are not cash payments. Instead, residents receive a package of offers and discounts with a combined value of more than AED 3,000. These include:

  • Hotel stays and discounts
  • Dining offers at top restaurants
  • Attraction tickets
  • Lifestyle experiences and offers

Participating brands include W Dubai, The Westin, Le Méridien, Meliá Desert Palm, IHG Hotels and Careem, among others.

How to register

Residents can register through the Visit Dubai website by filling out a simple online nomination form. Here is the link visitdubai.com/en/invite/nomination. The guest's details and expected arrival dates must be submitted before the visitor lands in Dubai, and not after.

A resident can nominate up to five visitors at a time. If more guests are expected, another nomination can be submitted.

Important points to remember

Before registering, keep these conditions in mind:

  • Registration closes on September 30, 2026, even though the campaign continues until October 31, 2026.
  • Each UAE resident can receive a maximum of three reward packages during the campaign. If multiple family members or friends are visiting, it may be worth deciding which nominations to prioritise.
  • Each visitor can be nominated only once. If another UAE resident has already registered the same person, any subsequent nomination for that visitor will not qualify. The first successful nomination is the one that counts.

For Indians living in the UAE with family or friends planning a trip from back home, Dubai Invite offers an opportunity to unlock a range of travel and lifestyle benefits while encouraging more visits to the emirate.
