Jet Airways wins honours for technology innovation at IFTM Trade Fair

Mumbai, Oct 6 (NITN): Jet Airways, India's premier international airline, has won the prestigious 'Laurier d’ Argent' award in the 'Technology for Business Travel' category hosted by the French Travel Managers and Business Travel Agents, at the International French Travel Market (IFTM) trade fair in Paris.
Jet Airways, which launched its flights to Paris in May last year, was honored with this Silver award for its innovative service #JetInstant on Twitter and the all-new jetairways.com website offering a one-stop solution for travellers.
By using digital and social media platforms, Jet Airways aims to empower its guests with information that can help them plan their travel more efficiently and enhance their overall travel experience.

#JetInstant on Twitter offers guests real time flight status updates and the lowest fare for their preferred sector. Similarly, the all new Jet Airways website provides guests with a seamless booking experience and quick access to key tasks they wish to complete on priority, such as booking flights, check-in, flight status, manage booking etc. #JetInstant and the new website symbolise Jet Airways’ continued commitment to its customer focused ‘Guest First’ service philosophy, which is at the core of the airline’s business.

IFTM - International French Travel Market - is one of the leading travel and tourism trade shows in France and held annually at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. The event has participation from all segments in the travel sector – from tour operators and travel agencies to coach operators, airlines, and event agencies.
