Kolkata/NITN: Vertex - The Liquid Restaurant, part of Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata, has introduced a new menu and reinvented its nightlife.
Begin your meal with their selection vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters, such as Jiang Chilli Cottage Cheese (burnt ginger and chilli flavour Indian cottage cheese tossed with sesame and oyster sauce), Spicy Oyster Hunan Tofu (soft succulent tofu wok tossed with hot red chilli, soya sauce, preserved black bean sauce), Five spice marinated Tandoori Chicken (tandoori chicken smoked with five spiced powder and served with mint chutney, Chicken Satay (chicken skewers marinated with lemongrass, chilli paste, galangal and gondhoraj lemon grilled and served with peanut butter sauce), etc.
The main course offers several options, allowing you to take your pick from a Bengali spread to popular pan-India dishes from the Indian Platter, most dishes with interesting twists to make them contemporary.
Highlights include Kosha Murgir Kofta, Smoked Murgir Jhol, Vegetable Casserole, Cottage Cheese in Harissa Sauce, Herb Rice, Vegetable Kofta in Saffron Gravy, and many more.
If you are looking for a light or a healthy meal, there are Soup Bowls such as Caldillo De Congrio (Chilean Fish Soup), Almond and Broccoli Soup, Antipasti and Sauerkraut, and Salads such as Caprese Salad, Greek Salad, Russian Salad, Lollo Rosso, etc.
If your meal is never complete without a dessert, you may choose from Crape-Live with Orange Juice, Mawa baked Gulab jamun, Moong dal Halwa Burfi, Philadelphia CheeseCake, etc.

Meanwhile, Vertex has also reintroduced the ‘Thematic Sunday Brunch - Best of Vertex’.
