Kolkata/IBNS: City pub Perfect Place in Town (PPT) reintroduced itself on Feb. 26 to the culinary tribes and bar-trotters of Kolkata with a new spread of culinary art, premium selection of liquor and an urban look.
Spread across a 12,500 sq.ft area, the place is divided into an in-house dining section and a green open terrace.
The splendour imbued into every element gives the place a touch of modernity with a vibrant twist.
The lively space caters to the ever-evolving urban crowd looking for a change from their monotonous day-to-day routines.
The elaborate gold accented bar and the terrace perfectly blend together the charm of Victorian decor as witnessed in old Kolkata and accents of the contemporary interiors.
The 350-seater lounge also presents a menu crafted by Chef Vicktar Ghosh, featuring dishes of diverse cuisines like Italian, Indian, and Mexican.
The signature specialties on the menu are Grilled Bhetki with German Pickle, ‘Western Ghat Spice Grilled Prawn, Veg Tempura Sushi, Smoked Salmon Sushi, Rawalpindi Tostadas, Watermelon with Feta Soil, and Sous Vide Chicken with Supreme Sauce.
The bar menu at this Sector five joint boasts of uniquely crafted cocktails by the in-house mixologist offering people a chance to experiment with their choice of alcoholic beverages.
Some of the signature cocktails on the menu include PPT Blast, Cuci Cooler, Negroni, Green N Grass, and The Companion.
