‘Treasures of the Sea’ is a seafood festival that aims to enthrall diners with the freshest and tastiest catch from the seas.
Signature dishes include Crumb Fried Squids with aioli dip– delicious breaded squid rings deep fried and served with garlic mayo; Maryland Sea Cakes; Bombilmalvani style and Crab Jhol– fresh crab spiced with a zing of coastal based gravy.
"Also on the menu are vegetarian preparations such as Dahiaur Guchike Kebab; and Thai Green Curry– veggies cooked in a green Thai curry with lemon grass and galangal.
