Kolkata, Jan 11: Versatile vocalist Sohini Roy Chowdhury, from the Kirana Gharana, recently performed at the 5th Annual Chowdhury House Concert organised by Calcutta Performing Arts Foundation.
She performed on the second day of the conference at the end of December.
She sang Raag Sudh Saraang which included Vilambit in Ektaal, ''Panamangata Parameshara'', followed by a short and neat Dhrut teentaal ''Ab Mori baat Manle Piharva Meinto'' which was highly appreciated by the audience.
She was accompanied on the Tabla by Pt. Subhasis Bhattacharya and on the harmonium by Sri Anirban Chakraborty.
