Air Water India Private Limited (AWIPL), a leading Japanese Multinational and Le Rythme, an ISO Certified Philanthropic Organisation promoting Art, Culture & Skill Development programmes, across the country, jointly organised a skill development programme on Accounts Executive at Budge Budge, Kolkata.
Almost 55 students could get the rigorous training on Accounts and Data Entry, for four months through certified trainers of NSDC.
Out of the 55 students, almost 50% belong to the minority community and 48 students have secured the job, after successful completion of the training programme through the Job Fair at Budge Budge, Kolkata, organised by Le Rythme.
The appointment letters and Certificates of Completion were handed over to successful candidates by Rajib Mukhapadhyay, Co Founder of Le Rythme and Sohini Roychowdhury, Head of Accounts & Procurements along with other team members of AWIPL
Both organisations will be hosting similar programmes in Asansol and Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) followed by Job Fairs to provide necessary opportunities to the trainees.
Le Rythme is the partner of Media & Entertainment Sector Skill Council of NSDC and is engaged with different Skill Development Training Programmes in different domains.
In the past, they have organised several programmes on Soft Skills, Animations, Hospitality, Business & Financial Inclusions, Art and Craft, Beauticians, Music & Dance, Technicians and many other domains.
Earlier, Le Rythme conducted several social events in association with ICCR, Ministry of Culture, NCZCC, Delhi Police, Sangeet Natak Akademy and many leading PSUs.
