The Elite Model Look team is touring India (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Kolkata, Pune, Mumbai and Goa). The seven castings began on July16 and will continue till August 19.
The India Elite Model Look team will hold the Kolkata round of audition on Sunday, August 6, at the city's Acropolis Mall.
The registration for the event will be open from 11am to 2pm.
Juries for the Kolkata round will include Marc Robinson, Licensee, Elite Model Look India; Dipannita Sharma, actor and model and Sonalika Sahay, Supermodel.
Since 1983, the annual Elite Model Look competition aims to launch best new faces.
At the end of this year's India tour, selected contestants will participate in the National Casting to be held on August 30, in Mumbai.
The winners will be selected based on their photogenic qualities, their personalities and their natural beauty, as well as their potential to correspond to current fashion trends, the organisers said.
At the end of the National Casting, the Elite Model Look jury will choose contestants to participate in India Final.
The ultimate winner will be able to compete in the Elite Model Look World and secure a two-year contract with the Elite agency.
