Apart from Delhi & Mumbai, agents were chosen from Chennai, Bengaluru and Kolkata based on their potential to sell South East Asian destinations and moreover who had not visited Taiwan before. The group included one participant each from: Mercury Travels; Footprint Holidays; Travel Tours; Minar Travels (india) Pvt Ltd; Duniya Online Travels Pvt. Ltd; GeTS Holidays Pvt Ltd; Vensimal World Travel Agents Pvt. Ltd; Zenith Leisure Holidays Ltd; Travel Designer Group Mumbai; TravelOptionz Holidays Pvt Ltd and Enrich India.
The trip included many unique experiences such as water & adventure sports in Kenting, visit to the Dapeng Bay National Park, Sun Moon Lake and surrounding areas along with city tour of Kaohsiung and Taipei. The itinerary was designed to provide the perfect platform through which the agents are given an opportunity to discover the diversity of the beautiful island and experience every bit of it.
The perfect way to bid adieu to Taiwan was the one on one sessions between the Indian agents and Taiwanesesuppliers during a workshop organized at Howard Plaza Hotel, Taipei.
