Jumeirah Carlton Tower
Jumeirah Carlton Tower has unveiled its enchanting festive campaign, A Journey into the Heart of Christmas, inspired by the beloved family Christmas classic The Polar Express.
This year, the hotel invites guests on a journey into the heart of the holiday season, with its lobby transformed into a nostalgic vintage experience. Here, guests are encouraged to reconnect and create unforgettable memories amidst the joy of the festive season.
Upon arrival, guests will be immersed in a winter wonderland, featuring a stunning festive flower installation and Christmas trees masterfully crafted by the renowned royal florist Moyses Stevens.
Highlights include a traditional toy train set, a charming Father Christmas letter box for guests to use, bound for The North Pole and much more. Throughout the hotel, the theme continues with vintage train tickets, homemade sweet treats, and limited-edition passport stamps, while a dedicated children's program offers a range of exciting activities designed for family bonding and cherished moments.
Beginning on Nov 12 till Jan 5 , A Journey into the Heart of Christmas, came alive with the launch of the Festive Afternoon Tea (£85 per person), created by Executive Pastry Chef, Martin Haidar, a seasonal twist on the hotel’s much-loved offering, inspired by Highgrove House & Gardens.

Guests can indulge in a selection of savoury delights such as wild mushroom tartlets with onion jam to start, Brie and tomato chutney sandwiches, and homemade Cajun turkey breast with apple and cranberry chutney. These are followed by an array of sweet desserts, including a Christmas fruit cake known to be His Majesty King Charles III favourite festive delight, a Snow-White dessert featuring tea, white chocolate mousse, and apple flavours, and a spiced ginger flower combining brioche with cranberry, mixed spices, and light mascarpone cream.
For those seeking a lighter option, the hotel’s Scone Bar presents an artisanal selection of scones in six unique flavours, each served with a complementary condiment. Options range from a classic plain scone with clotted cream to a seasonal star anise scone with chestnut condiment. This experience is available for £38 and can be elevated with a glass of Champagne for £55. Additionally, train-shaped Christmas logs (single £16; large £80) will be available from 2 December, allowing guests to take a piece of the festive magic home with them.
Jumeirah Carlton Tower will also introduce three festive cocktails (£18 each) to ensure guests leave with a cheerful spirit.
Gianluca Priori, General Manager of Jumeirah Carlton Tower, commented, “This season, Jumeirah Carlton Tower invites guests to embark on a magical journey into the heart of Christmas. Our carefully curated festive offerings are designed to delight and bring families and loved ones together, creating cherished memories and strengthening bonds.”
