dnata and Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority partner to promote Abu Dhabi Summer Season across India

Kolkata, July 23 (NITN): dnata in partnership with Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority (TCA Abu Dhabi) has launched a roadshow across the country targeting industry professionals, to highlight Abu Dhabi Summer Season-a three month-long programme of family entertainment promoting the multi-faceted destination started from June 11 and continuing until September 5.
Abu Dhabi Summer Season offers family-centric activities, award-winning international shows and concerts such as Sesame Street and Barney, Indian singer Shreya Ghoshal and Mythbusters, premium ‘edutainment’ concepts and value-driven tickets, supported by hotel and attraction packages from dnata designed for family travel.
The roadshow kicked off on June 26 with Chandigarh being the first city and will conclude on July 31 in Mumbai.
Travel trade in each city had the opportunity to learn more about travel to the UAE’s capital city, the benefits and services they can offer their end consumers (such as visa services and meet-and-greet services in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai airports). Agents will also get the chance to win vouchers to various attractions in the UAE.
“Our partnership with TCA to promote amazing Abu Dhabi is yet another way to bring to our trade partners the best that UAE has to offer. The summer campaign has been designed with family travel in mind and the activities have been carefully curated to not just be relevant to this group, but also offer great value. I am sure we shall see substantial growth of tourist arrivals from India into Abu Dhabi over the coming months,” said Ashish Kishore – Country head dnata India.
