The workshop was organized by Media Connect at Sapphire Banquets (On EM Bypass), Kolkata with hundreds of energized audience who were seen jotting down all tips & tricks while following the recipes.
On this occasion, Ankit Agarwal, Co-owner of Media Connect as one of the organizer said: "We wanted the Kolkata foodies to get a chance to learn 100+ items from this renowned chef from Pune. She has made us belief, that, a food becomes great when it satiates everyone’s taste. She has brought various international dishes also by Indian-ising them to suit our taste buds."
Speaking about the event, Prerna Kothari, Co-owner of Media Connect as one of the organizer said, “Kolkata literally in all its sense gave their cooking dreams a flight where each & every participant of the workshop gave this feedback that they started to love cooking even more after the workshop."
Sharing her views, Shobha Indani, said, “I have been giving workshops all across India and the world since decades, but the experience I had here was unmatched from ever before. I felt really honored teaching the enthusiastic participants of the City of Joy.”

Qatar Airways will move its New York operations to The New Terminal One at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) in 2026. As part of the relocation, the airline plans to open a 15,000-square-foot lounge, its first dedicated facility in both New York City and the United States.
