Lufthansa offers guide service to passengers

Cologne: Lufthansa is offering a fee-based guide service to foreign passengers, business travellers, groups, older passengers and families who, for example, have connecting flights and need help finding their way around the airport or who would like to be escorted personally.

The passengers will be picked up by a special Lufthansa guide directly at the gate or at another meeting point and accompanied to wherever you want to go. For example, to your connecting flight, train, hotel, shuttle bus or to the lounge. The guides are available to help with questions and problems in over 16 languages.

The following languages are offered at Frankfurt Airport: Arabic, English, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Turkish and others as per request.

The following languages are offered at Munich Airport: Chinese (Mandarin), English, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian and others as per request.

The fee-based services, which are available to Lufthansa passengers, can be booked very easily through the Lufthansa sales office or by calling the Lufthansa Service Centre.
