Etihad Airways, the UAE’s national airline, has introduced Corporate Care, an enhancement to its Etihad for Business programme that provides eligible organisations and their travellers with priority support during their journeys.
Corporate Care expands the support available to eligible Etihad for Business members, with additional assistance and coordination during travel. The benefits include:
- Priority assistance during disruptions: Support with rebooking, flight protection in the unlikely event of an aircraft downgrade, and consideration of seat preferences if an aircraft is swapped.
- Dedicated account management: Account management teams will serve as a direct point of contact for organisations handling their business travel requirements.
- Coordination with Travel Management Companies: Closer coordination with TMCs will help connect the different parties involved in managing business travel and passenger support.
Etihad said the new offering forms part of its efforts to address changing requirements in the business travel sector and provide support to organisations and corporate travellers.
“Corporate Care is designed to give our Etihad for Business members an enhanced level of support and reassurance, particularly when unexpected disruption affects their travel plans. By combining priority assistance, dedicated account management and close collaboration with TMC partners, we are helping our customers navigate their journeys with greater confidence,” said Javier Alija, Vice President Sales, Digital & Distribution at Etihad Airways.
Corporate Care is part of Etihad’s broader work to enhance its Etihad for Business programme and respond to the evolving needs of corporate travellers and organisations.
The offering is focused on assisting business travellers when disruptions or other travel-related issues arise, while helping organisations maintain continuity and support for their employees throughout their trips.
